The 5th Floor offers a modern, quality workspace that encourages individual and workgroup productivity. Lockable cubicles, private offices or co-working desks are available to members. You also have access to various function rooms for conferences, seminars or workshops and to meeting rooms, concierge services and other amenities.

As the seat of an innovation campus working on solutions for the future, we want to create a sustainable and environmentally friendly working environment. The building has a 4,000 square meter solar system on the roof. Other future projects focus on promoting more sustainable means of transport, e-mobility, car sharing and e-bikes.
